Architectural CAD Drafting from dimensioned hand-drawn Wooden Deck Plan

Seeking experienced Drafter (or Architect, or Structural Engineer) to create architectural plans in Revit (or equivalent) from dimensioned hand drawings of a residential wooden deck. The hand drawings are intended to represent the Detail Sheets to accompany the Overall Deck Plan which is already in CAD. The required level of precision is basic, and all measurements and dimensions are provided. The expected turnaround time is flexible, but the project must be finished within 2 weeks after Award. The successful contractor should have strong experience in architectural drafting, and be able to produce high-quality, accurate work in a timely manner. Project is a 40 x 14-foot replacement residential wooden deck of an existing elevated exterior deck, attached to the residence, and with a cantilevered and braced extension beyond the perimeter of the existing deck. This exterior deck must support 10 lbs/sq-ft dead load, and 40 lbs/sq-ft live load (standard California Building Code specifications for exterior deck).
I have an overall deck design (attached, already in dwg CAD format and approved by HOA). Now looking to hire someone to draft the remaining detail sheets, suitable for submission for a City of Menlo Park Building Permit. Attachments: (1) hand drawings to be drafted as CAD dwg and PDF files; (2) 1-pager giving requirements for the drawn plans for Building Permit; (3) South-facing photo of existing exterior elevated deck; (4) two documents providing context for the Detail Drawings; and (5) overall deck design (dwg file will be provided to successful bidder after Award). The Detail Sheets must be formatted as a set of a few sheets of Architectural D-size drawings, which must be merged with the existing dwg file for the existing/proposed Deck Plan and Deck Elevation sheets.

PDF for the project
Bill of Materials (excluding the Trex decking) for the deck
dwg file for the project (held by Drafter until after payment)
