Banner Design - Quick job

I am looking for someone to create a set of banners to act as adverts on an OsCommerce website [login to view URL]
One banner is to be 468x60 pixels and 3 are to be 164x118 pixels.
Preferably to include animation, with a 3D bevelled edge feel if possible. Nice and clean - nothing tacky.
I will provide a full brief, and also links to the sites I want to advertise plus a link to a site showing the styles I like.
This should be a very straight forward job. I will do all I can to make it simple.
I will need the psd files from you as well as a flattened gif to the sizes specified.
