My company is searching for an architect/engineer who can put together a sealed set of plans for Kansas City, MO. We have a very small apartment complex outdoor pool demolition and reconstruction of a 20'x44' with about 1300 SQFT of decking to surround it. This pool decking is attached to the club house. We intend to cut the pool decking where it meets the clubhouse walk way and pour new decking, also. We have built dozens of pools in the last couple years and are needing help with properly submitting for our first commercial apartment complex. If you could be of any help it would be greatly appreciated.
Needs:
Design Professional Registered in the State of
Missouri, to design and assist you throughout this new pool application. All plans
submitted will need to be sealed by a Design Professional. You will need to re
upload at a minimum of a complete set of plans that include a sealed site plan,
sealed non structural plan sheets with all applicable code information and sealed
shop drawings for the pool. The Design Professional you hire should know what is
needed to be submitted for your project. You will also need to re upload a new IB110
F with the signature of the Design Professional in Responsible Charge that will
include his or her Missouri License Number.
