Audio Mastering Process

I'm looking for a developer that can help create a tool that will master recordings similar to [login to view URL] and chosenmasters.com. We have our own servers and transcoders to create MP3s from Wav files etc...... so this process would need to factor in multiple file sizes, formats and allow the user to add some parameters (options) before the mastering process takes place.

I have no idea at this stage how hard this is to develop, so I guess I'm throwing it out there as a project in case anyone has the right skills to develop this or some already developed something similar.
