Required Vici dialer Configuration with GSM Gateway and PRI With EPBX

So we have Working Server having VICI Dialer installed and we Have Dinstar GSM Gateway and PRI Line With Matrix EPBX.

Now we Have Requirement.

1. Call Data Pull and Push in SQL Server/MySQL With Recordings and Required Connection String To connect with website to access this data with recordings.

2. Nested IVR Menu With Call routing to Multiple Numbers [login to view URL] need this option where if one person will not pic the call then the call will transfer to next hierarchy person and so on and SMS should be received from Next hierarchy person.

3. in outgoing calls, will use pilot number(Pilot number can be changed as required) which will be provided by us. e.g. flipkat and swiggy. if staff calling through our app than the same critaria will be applicable, common number will be displayed to call receiving person.

4. Security setup for incoming Hits on Static IP (EPBX, Vici Dailer, GSM Gateway.).

5. as per our point number 3# where if person not pick the call, will transfer to next hierarchy and we need one more function in that if the first receiving person not pic the call then call will transfer to next hierarchy along with the message in which he will get information that the staff which were suppose to pic the call not picked, message should be send from GSM GATEWAY only.

6. Broadcast calls will be entertained using GSM gateway / VICI Dialer with number rotation to safe from spam or block report. also required API for the same.

7. we need api to send Bulk SMS using GSM gateway.
