I need an Access database setting up and coding done on a web site for which I already have the design templates with dummy data ready.

It is a niche social networking site.

Coding requires to enable most front end functions to work (such as register, upload profile pic, post updates, replies, thumbs up etc) as well as the backend CMS.

Coding should be well commented.

HTML/Javascript may also be required to allow one click "Thumbs up" to 'like' status updates.

[Pages requires: Register pages, profile page, news page, edit account page, search function and Log out.]
