asp.net form CAPTCHA not working

I had a captcha put in my code a few months ago

works perfectly on my old server but on the new server the image doesnt show. site was migrated and working previously and all references are there. Only difference is this server is on iis 7.5 not 6. This project isn't worth $30 so bid the minimum and message me how much you will charge for fixing this.
