We are non-profit organization in Newark Delaware, USA looking to find a small domestic or offshore company that we can use for Project Overflow capabilities.
We have a back-office system, e-commerce system with Shopping Cart, Content Management, Search and Single Sign-on that integrates with other third party applications.
We have a Web developer on staff and Web Designers but they can't handle all new project requests.
