Automated Survey Testing - Comparing txt file with documents

We are looking for a way to automate our current survey testing process. We need to be able to take an output extracted from our survey platform (txt file), and cross-reference/compare the text, question codes, answer codes, and skip logic with a questionnaire (docx, rtf, pdf). Mismatched information should be clearly distinguished and brought to the attention of a human to manually assess.
Some key functionalities that we need to work:
- Ensuring question and answer option text matches what is listed in the questionnaire
- Making sure question codes and answer codes align with the text mentioned above
- Able to read different questionnaire formats (docx, pdf, rtf)
- Can learn, understand and confirm if our programming skip logic matches the written skip logic mentioned in the questionnaire
