I need an article writer/copywriter who can work with audio files/transcription

Hi! I'm looking for a copywriter.
I need someone who:
- Has PERFECT grammar
- Can make bad articles look good
- Can write high quality, fun, entertaining articles
- Has the ability to add cultural references (mostly of American and Canadian cultures) to texts
- Understands how to work with an audio file - transcription, then editing
Some articles will require research, some articles will be written from audio transcription, some of the work will require to rearrange, edit and embellish articles that are already written.
I will contact the freelancers who write good bids and have a short test for them.
I'm offering a rate of $8 per 1000 words.
There will be steady work every month.
