White level products customisation app and website

Source code of the app will be our property.

App should be developed on Android. Backend of mobile app should be on Firebase. Their should be google map.

Website and Admin panel should be developed on PHP.

Merchant panel should be developed on Web Php.

Website and merchant panel should be fully responsive.

I want you to develop an eCommerce Website and Android App for me where we will list products for white lebel customization. Where people will enter their brand name, upload their logo or create a logo on our website/App only and submit.

Website or App then will show a preview of the design and will show its sample look to customer.

Customer will select the products on which they want those design or their name, add to cart and proceed to payment page, make the payment and order is placed then thanks for the order confirmation page.

Then that order will go to its merchant panel in pending and after admin check and confirm the order first, order will be shown in confirmed orders on merchant panel.

There should be beautiful slider banner on website and app both and all the sliders should have different links in them. Their should be contact us page also with captcha.

Customer Panel

Merchant should be able to Login into their account by OTP Authentication.

Merchant should be able to make their Store active or inactive. If they will make their store inactive then that store will be seen in inactive stores on buyer app and on admin panel also.

If merchant will make it Active then also it will be visible to all the buyers. After any customer purchase anything on our app, a calling button will be enabled with a Calling Icon, so that customers can make a call to merchant as per their requirement.

Merchant should be able to see a list of their customer's name, email i.d, their mobile number, their address, their payment details, their complaints, their order status, their order details, their google location etc. Whenever a new customer will make any purchase on merchant store, Merchant will get to know that how many customers placed which orders today, last day or any specific day or between any two dates. How much income is generated by merchant or fitness centre today or between any specific dates. Merchant's revenue , number of customers they get, should be seen on graph increasing or decreasing way.

Partner should be able to generate Sales report of any month in excel sheet format. Whatever revenue will be generated by merchants, will be stored and calculated in their panel. We will make the payment to merchant manually.

All of the activities should be monitored by admin panel.

Their should be list of customers and list of partners on dashboard whenever we open admin panel.

Total Revenue till time or between any specific dates, Total customers, Total partners, total customers purchased from our platform, total feedbacks received, any activity reports between customized dates.

Admin should be able to open any user account and send any email or notification to any user by email or whatsapp or sms.

Any customer or any partner should be able to send notifications to admin.

Whenever any customer or partner will raise any ticket on their panel, then a ticket number will be generated and all the activities done by admin or student or partner will be recorded on that particular ticket number. Their should be two options on any ticket, Reply or Close. If any of the users want to reply to any ticket then it will be done by clicking on reply. If any of the user want to close that ticket then they need to click on Close ticket.

Admin should be able to generate Sales report of any month in excel sheet format.
