Urgent API Development for Alcohol Delivery App

I need an API developed today that will serve as the foundation for an after-hours alcohol delivery app for both iOS and Android platforms.
The app will include:
- User registration and login functionality
- Development of verbs and endpoints, with information provided by my in-house developer
I will be looking for a freelancer to take on the API development today, but there may be future opportunities for the right candidate to take on maintenance and updates post-launch.
