Need a Flutter Developer to build a simple application

Simple application to be developed using flutter technology. Compatibility with web, android and ios.
There are around 25 screens in the first phase of the application. The entire development will happen in four phases.
The developer needs to
1. Built and design the UI for the application using flutter technology (around 25 screens)
2. Link the backend to the UI using API (backend API would be provided by us).
3. Perform bug fixes
Phase I is divided into 4 milestones.
The application has to be delivered within the next 10 days.
The maximum budget for this is $150. The budget is fixed and non-negotiable.
