2 apps (ios & android) + 1 BACKEND (user interface + business logic) which will manege both apps. The apps will be uploaded to the Appstore and Playstore respectively, for free download or download by payment
In the backend ( user interface) the user (our employee) will be able to set the profile of each client. There should be a numbered list and the employye should fill : Name, surname, telephone, address, program (1-5) fields to be set by us) and email and password (we will put it) of each client. The user (our employee) will be able to schedule notifications (texts) which will be sent to the client (the client will have downloaded the application on their mobile) at a specific time of day.
For example: at 10.00am, our employee ( user) will have programmed a notification ( text) to be sent to the client: '' Good morning, you should do ..this '' and the user will see in the backend that the text has been read by the user and at what right time. (Like messenger shows.) Under each text (notification) the client should be able to click on two options: ''DONE'' (meaning that he did what the text told him to do) or 'SKIP' (meaning that he didn't do what the text told him to do). The clients that clicked ‘’Skip’’ option (if the customer does nothing), should be DINSTICT in the backend. (in color; or with a command from the user to bring up in the list any skiped clients or the clients that their response is still pending, that they have not clicked neither ‘’done’’, nor ‘’skip’’.
Standards
• BACKEND will be hosted in a greek server provider company. We need to have passwords (users) and get directly into the operating system. It should be able to handle up to 10 users (employees at the same time).
• BACKEND should be able to hold data for 5000 clients (of both applications) and the user (our employee) should be able to schedule up to 20 notifications per day for each client, at the time the user decides. The user (our employee) will be able to plan for the whole month with the notifications that will be sent to each client - business logic must be connected to Real Time Calendar and Greek zone.
• Notifications (texts) must be up to 300 characters each. An example follows:

• When the client downloads the application on their mobile phone the application should request an email & password ( for login) and directly identify it with the profile in the backend (which the user ( ou employee) has already put
• The app will then ask the client to accept the GDPR terms and if he/she accepts them, then the client will be able to open the application. In the application the client will see nothing, only when the first text ( notification) by the user ( our employee) sent, he will be able to read it and click ‘’done’’ or ‘’skip’’
(we don't want to have a two-way communication with the client, we don't want him/ her to be able to reply to the user, we want the client to just read the text and click ‘’done’’ or ‘’skip’’)
