This project may seem wierd but please here me out and read the full description. I am going to use this project as a base for another project so yes, it may appear incomplete or broken when you are done with it. Basically I need the following:
A user/member system that is based on the paypal e-mail address as the username. "Uploaders" can buy credits via paypal to have their images tagged. This is real time photo tagging. 1 credit for each tag. "Taggers" will earn 1 credit for each image tagged. Basically "Uploaders" upload an image. This image is sent to the Tagger's screen and they tag it with a word like "bus" if it's a picture of a bus. Then this word is sent back to the uploader and displayed on their screen. It's pretty easy and straight forward. I basically just need it as a base for a larger project I am doing.
