I am urgently seeking an effective fungicide to address Phytophthora disease in my Aquilaria Crassna trees, showing varied stages of infection. Despite not having conducted specific tests to identify the type of Phytophthora affecting the trees, I am looking for a highly efficient solution that can be applied both as a spray and through soil drench. This disease poses a significant threat to my plantation, and I am aiming to mitigate its spread and impact as rapidly as possible.

I'm an agarwood estate owner. I have a species of Phytophthora that is causing many trees to yellow and several have already died and been removed.
We're in Sri Lanka, Bandarawela, the climate and soil isn't the most suited for agarwood but the trees have grown to (less than) half their expected size within 10-11 years..
The soil pH is really low, that's one reason the fungus is running amok.. Also, the soil is clay-like, reddish brown.
As of now, I've hired one of Sri Lanka's premier agarwood specialists to consult with the situation.
His recommendation is as follows:
1. Block the uptake of the tree using tebuconazole, 25ml per tree diluted to 1 liter.
2. Then disinfect the entire soil with a mix that he has made and used elsewhere to successfully eradicate root rot at other agarwood estates he manages.
Now, the issue is, tebuconazole is quite expensive, blocking the uptake of the tree and killing the fungus seems to be the safe route that the professor is recommending but;
1. The fungus is spreading rapidly, the entire 24 acres of planted land is affected as of now..
2. I don't have the luxury of time to wait till the chemical is available in the country and;
3. I don't mind skipping and taking a radical step to quickly disinfect the land of the fungus
4. Phytophthora needs to be killed both in the tree and the soil because if the soil is somehow disinfected but it remains in the tree, it'll come back
5. Soil condition is such that drenching the soil with 25 liters of water only gets you 1.5~2 feet deep. And the diseased roots are all the down at 5 feet as well.
I can share all the solutions the doctor has recommended so far and then take it from there is a JustAnswer specialist has a theory that could work or could assist the expert in better ridding the land of the fungus and saving the entire estate.
Why did this occur..?
Land wasn't designed with proper drainage. So water logs in several spots and those were the main danger zones from where it has spread. Now, we are digging drains to prevent the issue..
