Create a wordpress plugin ($100)

Hi I am looking for a wordpress expert who can write a plugin for me.

My budget is $100 also it's a wordpress plugin so I need you to show me what plugins you have developed before listed in wordpress directory.

Functionality of the plugin is:

once installed user can click on menu which is called as Gallery

he can add items in it and upload pictures create new categories, create new artist.

he can add details of that item (painting) like height/width, cost, artist name and any other necessary details. click on add and it will be added into the Gallery.

Once done there will be a code something like [gallery_here] which will create the gallery on the page where this code is copied on a wordpress page.

If you have done something like this before then only bid on this project. Its pretty straight forward. I just need it to be coded for me so that I can push it on wordpress portal so that people can use it for free.
