We are in need of a content manager for a website that we are re-Branding. All the content on the website has to be checked ofr the following:
1. Internal & external links (to insure they work and are relevant links )
2. Correct layout of articles and info (fonts, convert long paragraphs to short bit size thoughts, correct bullet point layout..ets)
3. Organize articles, white papers and reports by relevancy
4. Make a organized and complete list of "ALL" the content on the website
5. Make a separate list of "ALL" the links to content not found on the project website.
This project has a timeline of 10 days to complete! You MUST BE EXPERIENCED with wordpress admin and how to change or update content.
You will have to go through EACH and EVERY PAGE of the site to insure the proper formatting and relevancy of each and every page.
This will be the process we will be following for the following site: [url removed, login to view]
1. We will start with the menu bar and go thought each menu item and locating all the content for that menu item. (we will not make changes to the home page until the end of the project)
2. We will then go through ALL the "LINKS" on the home page (everything that is found on the left side of the home page~ Categories, Links and Banners)
3. You will need to make a "brief" report of each page telling us what you found and what you are going to correct.
4. Once we look though the information "You" sent us , we will then approve for the recommended changes or we will adjust what we need done.
5. Once the changes have been completed we will need you to let us know they were completed.
*Please Note> This project "MUST" be completed 10 days after you start.
