We use the ArcGIS API for flex to create/host a number of web portals for a variety of clients. We have a few widgets which have been customised to fit client needs by us, but do not work properly. We need an expert flex developer to come into our Edinburgh office, work closely with the project manager and do a quick analysis of the problems. Someone who is willing to say whether a problem can be fixed or not based on his/her assessment. We are micro business and thus our budget can also be classified as micro. A preset cost for work would be appreciated, not an hourly rate.
