I need a simple Web Service implemented on my website that takes in two parameters (Date & level as detailed below) as well as Username & Password and returns a single string, with comma separated values.
The Web Service will only ever be consumed by a mobile application I'm developing (out of scope for this piece of work); with a controlled user set (i.e. not the general population).
I'd like basic security, i.e. user name and password, but nothing elaborate. This will be the same user name and password for all consumers of the web service.
