II. Objectives
At this stage the main objective of the website is primarily to have a web presence that people can be referred to. It is not necessarily aiming to attract customers or to act as any form of trading portal. The primary target audience would be potential investors, partners, government and NGO bodies who are looking for a window into the activities of Sasumua Holdings. It is hoped that many of the above would be viewing the site regularly and it should therefor be appealing and interesting to public viewing. It must be up to date at all times.
In short the website should clearly explain:
• Who we are
• What we do (in general)
• What we are doing currently (specific projects both commercial and social)
• Who are partners are
III. Deliverables
The web designers are expected to provide:
Website design
• English only
• Visually appealing and interesting to the viewer
• High quality relevant imagery
• Balanced text and image layout
• Grammatically correct
• Simple and logical to navigate, i.e. a clear structure and layout of the various pages
• Quick to open, and quick to load between pages
• No. of pages (see attached draft directory tree)
• Compatible with different devices, e.g. on an IPad as well as on a computer screen / laptop

• Reliability – target is 100% Uptime 24/7
• High speed hosting servers
• Timely renewal management
• Good quality hosting, in particular capacity on servers and a pro-active management system that means that any IP blockages due to spam / viruses are dealt with quickly
• Good compatibility of system with Google / Gmail
Website maintenance and updating
• Current in terms of up to date information
• Data collection on hits (n.b. access to google analytics)
