changing some content in flash/htm websites

I have 2 websites in flash + htm (identical content in htm + in .fla files). They must be updated with some new text and pictures.
Its an easy task though the resulting arrangement of text / images has to look professional web-designed. It should be done fast, I will need it online soon.
Please check the RAR file with text so you can estimate the amount of work, it is really not much. Can you send an example of flash based work you did in past?
I need the fla files too, must be able to compile them in a new flash trial version.
