Designer Need for Golf Course Website Layout

I develop websites for golf courses. I am looking for a designer to build several html layouts. I will only need a home page and a layout design to use for the other pages. Our websites are php, and we have a backend programmer. I just need someone who is creative and good with graphic design and html. Some of the site might be in flash, so flash knowledge is not required but would help. I am willing to pay $50 per layout. I will provide the pictures of the course.
