Correct my template for presenting news.. CSS

I have template that looks nice in chrome - all the rest not so.. I would like to see it that way also on other browsers..
I also need that are visible just whole news - news that are tottaly on screen..
jQuery script should be corrected so all news on screen should be deleted - so the news are changing..
