We need the webpage below to be themed with CSS:

I basic layout of information should be like this page:

Sign-up form should be up at the top of the page and should have attention drawn to it. Campaign countdown flash widget should be integrated into page. Page should be compact so that people do not have to scroll down to read it all.

We are using Drupal 6 CMS.
