App development for golf resort

I require an application developer to develop an app that can be used to track scores for an international golf resort with 18 holes.
We would also like the app to be an extension of our (soon to be) mobile friendly website including information on our restaurant ( photos, menus) as well as our accommodation and other offerings. We would also like to include an alert for the caddy shack that uses gps pinning to determine which hole the golfer is at so we can send the refreshments cart to them. We would like to offer guests the chance to 'check in' to facebook and once the round of golf has been completed we would like the results to be sent to the clubhouse so they can be printed for the golfer.
weather updates, current golfing conditons are also to be included.
The golfers stats (scoring average, putts per hole and driving accuracy, handicap entries are to be included as well as 'friends'
The app swing by swing has a similar idea to what we are looking for, the home page asked the guest to either sign in with google+, facebook or via email. with the slogan that 'we will never post for you'.
