Hello all,
I need my current site to be professionally re- designed. this is a advertising network site that allows members to upload ads on a pay per click system. It is currently doing great but growing to fast for me to handle so I will need to automate the process. the designer will need to set up a new member sign up that works with sql, set up a simple tracking system for counting views and be able to upload money onto accounts through paypal. Pretty simple site with the exception of creating a automation process to handle new members sign up and tracking ads. Please tell me your experience in this area and how long you will need. Please let me know if you will allow monthly payments or will be willing to work out any methods such as a percentage of revenue for a year.
