Build a website for a laundry service

i want you to design a website for a laundry service. i want it to be build on wordpress platform. this is a must.
1. there will be a minimum of 3 pages : main page, contact us, price list.
2. the end product must make the website as less technical as possible, i.e : later if the owner want to change the pricing of an item, he must be able to do so without contacting you/me
3. the end product must be css and xhtml valid
4. the coding must be clean. i know php and xhtml, when i read the code, i want to be able to understand. it must be well commented
5. i will provide the logo
6. most importantly, the design must be clean, and clear. no cluttering, no unnecessary images / patterns. i like usage of big fonts.
it is fairly a simple job. i am contracting this out because i dont have time to do it myself. make sure you really understand this and bid cheaply. i will probably pick the cheapest of all
