Artist web site mockup in AI format - desktop & mobile (responsive)

Seeking web designer to produce web site mock ups in AI format, preferably CS5 or CS6. There should be a mockup for a desktop version as well as a mobile version. Specific dimensions are left up to the discretion of the designer, but should be scaled to look great on the iPhone and iPad. The design should also point out details such as mouse over (hover) colors, and any transitional effects where necessary.
The web site is for an artist and the site should reflect the artist's style (sample works attached). Top descriptors for the site would be colorful, whimsical, and clean (i.e. user friendly, not cluttered, quality vector art). I am looking for a designer whose previous work demonstrates those qualities.
