Convert exisiting working flash sound button to CSS and html

The task is to conver working flash sound button to html 5/ ccs.
Please note the button is in SWF format and are owned by my company.
You will need to be able to extract the assets from the swf and reuse.
Please do not ask for the fla or all the orignial files and images as they are not available.
If you choose to remake them they will need to be in svg format and the exactly the same i.e. same size and stroke and fills. etc
The button is a simple image and play and stop button.
