Build a Webpage using Devexpress Apsxscheduler

I need webpage (which i will place as my localhost) made that will contain a Apsxscheduler, The scheduler will read of a DB preferably (SQLServer R8). I basically want to be able to click on the scheduler and be able to write new schedules in that will store data to the database. I would like this code to be well commented.

I use Visual Studio and Microsoft SqlServer R8.
There is a free trial version of the scheduler, that should suffice for this project.
