Need Excel 2010 conditional formatting or a Macro in a spreadsheet - repost

Have an Excel 2010 Spreadsheet Template with a STATUS column.
Depending on the status (Not Started, Issue, In-Process, Completed ,etc) or if the needed date is before the expected date, need to color-code the entire row as appropriate.
I've included a sample spreadsheet. that shows that I need.
Probably a 10-minute tasks for someone that knows excel well.
