I need a web based video editing module for our end users. We only need a few functions. We need to cut parts of video out and discard, cut sections of video to create individual files. We need the ability to insert text for instructions on the video. Many of these functions exist in editing software like JW VideoEditor and others. We need a slimmed down version of these types of editors for our end users.
I do not need someone to edit a video for me. I need a custom software created. I look forward to hearing and talking further with many of you.
Note - If you look at the budget requirements please disregard. The proposals that we have received getting to this point vary so greatly we did not want to publicize a price point.
