You should be able to do following:
- Testing existing web applications.
- Provide technical details to programmer for bug reproduction.
- Provide feedback on features to development teams.
- UI testing
- Write automation scripts with Selenium (good to have, but not required)
- Work on remote desktop sessions with clients to understand their problems
- Speak and write good in English
- Perform tests on production environment
- Should be able to work with Virtualbox images
- Work with subversion for checking out and testing multiple branches yourself
