We would like to develop a recruitment software for our company enabling us to post CV's online and access them from our server, also the system should allow us to have access for information of the candidates and should be multi user enabled for our office staff, it sow also advise us which client it has been sent to and should enable us to track performance with reminders for feedback and recheck, along with the CV other documents such as passport copies, photos, education certificates, experience letters should be saved to each candidates folder as per job category. i would also recommend your input also what system can be designed and the dashboard facilities provided.
