I am looking for someone who is able to develop an app for me from scratch.
It is very similar to some existing apps, but with tweaks around its data gathering and management techniques.
I would also need a website to be able to capture information on interested members.
Budget is only $100 for phase 1, which will hopefully be quite straightforward, because it is based off of existing platforms and nothing new. But budget will rise to $300 for phase 2, which is the new development and variety in techniques.
