Copy PrestaShop site from TEST server to LIVE server using GIT (and only GIT)

Hello,
We have developed a new website in our TEST server and we need to move it to the final LIVE server.
Our Control Version System is GIT, and we want you to complete these tasks:
- login to our systems via SSH (no FTP, no SFTP... ONLY SSH)
- check GIT set up and fix it in case it's wrong
- Submit the whole PrestaShop test project to GIT server
- Download a version from GIT to LIVE server, different one, via SSH. It's host in 1and1, we'll provide user/pw to access 1and1 control panel.
- Test it! The website has to work properly: folder rights, shopping cart, just the test server.
In the end, we'll need the following:
- GIT path to repository, like: [url removed, login to view] (this is svn, not git, but it's an example)
- Instructions for a new developer: GIT commands to download a local copy, upload new content, update git server
We believe this is a fast task for someone who works with GIT daily.
