I'm trying to develop some software from some opensource software already available.
The software requires some moding of UltraVNC Server, the software requires VS2008 or VS2010 as thats the original developing software, I need parts of the software removed to keep the size of it down, and i also need some parts added (Log in: Username,Password Checked against MySQL DB).
once loged in the software needs to repeatedly check the DB for status updates and commands (the commands are already in place).
the software also has a chat interface inplace but i need to make changes to it to show when a message is being writen, and also to display an image from remote server.
I hope this is enough information, please let me know if more information is needed.
and if possible an estimate of what this would cost me, I have done parts myself as I have some C++ knowledge but not a full working knowledge.
