I need vicidial installed for a 100 seat callcenter in the philippines
Specifically, I require a predictive dialer, (Slackware-based, as per the scratch install manual) for outbound calls and another for inbound calls. a database server should be separate from the asterisk PBX, as well as another for voice recording. 2 separate backup installations for each of the servers, a total of 9 computers, will be made. bidders should be willing to teach our IT's, there are three of them, the skills needed to install, configure and maintain the servers. Instructions on routing to off-site locations will also be required.
Successful bidder on completion of the project should be able to provide complete detailed installation and configuration manual, written with the assistance of our IT's. the system will be tested on a production environment.
Bidders located in Luzon will be preferred.
