Convert Python to C# For [login to view URL] Budget Exporter

I need to convert a Python Script (see link below) to a C# executable program.
This script does the following:
1) logins to [url removed, login to view] (please use your own credentials - signups to Mint is free)
2) retreives the JSON that provides details of the transactions associated with your test account

Just to be clear, I don't want the output file you get when you login to [url removed, login to view] and hit 'Export Transactions' at the bottom. I will need to have the C# source code included in the solution. I just want someone to figure out how to get the data and expose it in c# for me to take over the project from there.
