Android application that crops image and save crop image in SD card

I require an Android application that can perform the following

1) Select an image file from the SD card

2) Ability to select area of the image file (4sides square/rectangle) and crop the image

3) The size of the "selection area" can be manipulated by dragging the sides (to change height/width)

4) "Selection area" can be dragged to the area that is desired

5) Cropped image inside the selection area can be saved as a separate file.

The functionality of the "cropping" should be similar to the function found in the Android system when you are selecting an existing image as wallpaper. (from Home, select "wallpaper", select "gallery", select any image from your gallery --> you will see the functionality that I mean)
