Tell me exactly the issue with the files and how to solve it. Our printer is saying some images are missing. You will need to communicate with myself and my designer to help us find the issues and resolve it so we can print these for packaging today.
The packaging has UV finish so the file named "gloss" is where the images/words are raised and shiny. The "matte" is the normal printing.
Must be proficient in Ai, Photoshop and familiar with packaging and print.
