Create 60's retro style opening sequence for Documentary film if after effects

I have a national level, major market documentary project that needs a produced open sequence.
I can send an example of my rough cut template to potential candidates, but I am looking to collaborate creatively with someone.
The sequence will be about 45 seconds long, and be visual only with a music bed. I will provide all photo and film/ video elements.
You will need to help devise the proper retro style and integrate. 1 possible style direction is the opening of "mad Men" which you can google,
but I need to incorporate images which will tell the story of the characters life and accomplishments, which are numerous and very big, in 45 seconds at the film open.
I wanted to add that I do not care what software you use, as that is certainly your choice,
and while I am editing in Avid, that shpuld make no difference, as you will simply deliver a finished, hi def QT at hi resolution.
There is no rush in this, and ideally, the timeline is very slow, as I must get a few approvals along the way.
