Batch File Disable XP Autorun

Hello,

I require a Batch file that will do the following:

Install a WinXP Hotfix (KB950582)

Modify a value in the local systems registry (NoDriveTypeAutoRun)

I have also save this website, that displays all the information and attached it to the bid request, incase that web page was to be deleted or changed, as per Rentacoders 'site posting policy'.

The batch file should be able to run as administrator, so the batch file could run as a limited account user... if possible!

The operating system is Windows XP Professional.

I need this completed and test within 1 day, as it very important for our company.
