I need someone to build a website for my customers

I have already designed it (see powerpoint attachment)

I need a login for my customers (that I can add new logins to)

I need them to be able to pay for events with their credit card

I need to be able to upload documents for them to download

I need to be able to change calendar dates

I need some members to have limited access to the website

I need to be able to change content

I also need some members to be able to fill out an online form that can show them progress and results each month
