I need a SEO site (php/mysql) with similar look as this ([url removed, login to view]) with admin interface for uploading pdf. The menu bar at top i just want the main heading and i set static link back to thailand-ferie.com. I need the template to be able to make sub pages to use for other content. The footer box i also want for putting in static links. The main page is just to have one sidemenu with newsletter year, and on the right side i want one colum with 3 rows displaying info about the 3 latest newsletters. Cliking one of the newsletters bring you to the final pdf page.

Page layout: (Similar to [url removed, login to view]) - Header as thailand-ferie.com. Without the right part. May have a box for text with descriptions of what you fine on the site. - Top menu with one line of static links. I will here put in external links or subpages from temlate design you develope. - Left menu. Must have menu showing: all newsletters, newsletter year(s). Result to be on the main page. Boxes below to put in content. - The main page: HOMEPAGE: Display 3 newest or more rows with ingress from the pdf/own text(chooseble on each post) and link to pdf. If possible also make links to google translate for other languages. NO/ENG SUBPAGE: Selected all newsleetters. Show 3/4 colums with year at top, and all weeks links below. Paginated if more than 3/4 years. Selected year in menu. Show list with links to all week numbers with newsletter. Each pdf page should have its own page with SEO options. META description, Title, author, etc. The admin interface must have: File upload. Author (Meta) Meta title Meta description Meta ? Ingress text. (select use from pdf/text) Short text description. (Tooltip text when howering over pdf link.) Full text (or pdf loaded) Date published Week no. Other requirements that is nessesary for this page to work must be taken in consideration before bidding.
