I am looking for a very simple website to be edited. I already have the hosting space and domain name, and the majority of work is done. I just want a few bits adding

Edit 1 - Skype button removing from main page and putting in menu bar.
Edit 2 - gap between logo and menu bar reducing
Edit 3 - Google maps and address adding to contact page
I imagine this is less than an hours work for someone who knows what they are doing. All files will be provided. 2 other contracts also being put up for bigger sites.
