I need a site which has the same features as booking dot com and it should scrap hotels prices, images and other info each day from booking dot com but its prices should always be lower than prices at booking dot com by X%. I should be able to select the value of X.

So if price of Hotel Serena at booking dot com is 500 USD

And I set X as 5

My prices should be 500 USD minus 5%.

Scraping should get done everyday if I press the SCRAP button so in other way I am making it easier for you to get the scraping part done. I can provide free templates.

I will provide an HTML template which you will build the whole site upon.
