Hi,
I need just a basic web designer who has skills to develop using 'responsive web design' so it resizes for each mobile device. the website is just a brochure or profile website without cms coded from scratch using php, html5 and responsive design technology. I will provide my own design/ layout for the site. I also have my own hosting so i just need the graphic design layout translated to a basic website with no cms for now
Please advise cost, and turn around time
