I need a freelancer to build me an adsense website that generates $150 USD per month. This website needs to have a professional look and contain relevant keyword oriented articles. I leave the theme of the website completely up to the designer, but it must contain keyword oriented content. I expect to be able to contact my designer via email or aim (instant messenger is not required, but I would prefer it) and receive periodic updates as to the progress.

IMPORTANT~ I will only pay you for this job once certain traffic requirements have been met (we will discuss this once you are awarded the project)

I can register the domain and hosting myself, but I would like my designer to suggest what domain I should buy and give advice to the best hosting service.
